Pot culture m ethod was used to study the transformation of SOD, POD, CAT, MDA and chlorophyll content of coffee seedling with the Cu concentrations of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mg/L. The result showed that when copper concentration was 0 ~30 mg/L, chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased. The activities of SOD, CAT and POD went up at the beginning, but they were decreased as the quantity of copper increasing, and the MDA content increased all the time. The result suggested that coffee seedling was sensitive to Cu stress, its growth was easily influenced by copper toxicity.%采用盆栽方法,研究5、10、15、20、25、30 mg/L 铜水平对咖啡幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)以及叶绿素含量的影响。试验结果表明,铜浓度在0~30 mg/L,咖啡幼苗叶绿素含量先上升后下降; SOD、 CAT、 POD 活性先升高后下降; MDA 含量则一直呈现增加的趋势。结果表明,咖啡幼苗对铜胁迫比较敏感,容易受到铜毒害的影响。
