几种不同品系暹罗斗鱼体色遗传规律的初步研究

         

摘要

By artificial fertilization, some hybridization experiments were conducted within blue strains and purple butterfly strains to detect the body color separations of hybrids. The results indicated that all individuals were 1 Turquoise green: 2 royal blue: 1 steel blue color phenotypes in F2 progeny. Therefore, we inferred that royal blue color is heterozygous in the F1 and F2 progeny. This phenomenon does completely conform to Mendelian segregation rule of alleles, and the body color is incomplete dominance relations between Turquoise green and steel blue. The results revealed that all individuals of purple butterfly strains were red color phenotypes of skin color in F1 progeny, and were 3 red : 1 yellow color phenotypes in F2 progeny which were in agreement with the Mendelian mode. It was clear that the red color was controlled by the dominant gene, and the yellow color was controlled by the recessive gene.%利用人工繁殖的方法,进行暹罗斗鱼蓝色系、紫色蝶翼系内的杂交试验,分析品系内杂交组合的体色分离比例。结果表明,土耳其绿色、皇室蓝色和铁锈蓝色在 F2中个体的分离比例为1∶2∶1,断定 F1和 F2代中的皇室蓝色均为杂合体,符合一对等位基因的孟德尔分离规律,土耳其绿色与铁锈蓝色之间为不完全显性关系。紫色蝶翼系斗鱼皮肤的红色和黄色,无论正交还是反交, F1全部为红色, F2中红色与黄色的个体分离比例为3∶1,符合孟德尔遗传规律,红色由显性基因控制,黄色由隐性基因控制。
