Stems of Cissus hexangangularis were extracted with water, 95%ethanol and petroleum ether to determine their chemical constituents by using the chemical reaction methods. The results showed that C. he xangangularis contained carbohydrates, glycosides, saponin, tannins, flavonoids, phenols, anthraquinones, cumarins, cardiac glycoside, steroidal terpenoids, alkaloids, volatile oils, etc. It might contain small amounts of organic acids. Amino acids, proteins and polypeptides were not detected from the extracts. The test can provide reference for further study of the active chemical constituents in C. hexangangularis.%通过预试验,初步了解翅茎白粉藤的化学成分.采用化学反应鉴别法,对翅茎白粉藤藤茎的水提液、乙醇提取液及石油醚提取液进行化学成分鉴别试验.结果显示,翅茎白粉藤中含有糖类、 苷类、 皂苷、 鞣质、黄酮类、 酚类、 蒽醌类、 香豆素、 强心苷、 甾萜类、 生物碱及挥发油等化学成分,可能含有少量有机酸、 未检测到氨基酸、 蛋白质和多肽.本试验可为翅茎白粉藤活性成分的进一步研究提供参考.
