双带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带与锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较

摘要

目的:探讨双带袢钢板技术重建喙锁韧带与锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效.方法:选择2015年2月~2016年10月40例肩锁关节脱位患者为研究对象,随机分成2组,每组20例,分别予双带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带与锁骨钩钢板治疗,观察在相关评分指标上变化情况.结果:2组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治疗费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术后3、9个月后在Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分疼痛、肌力、关节活动范围、日常活动能力、总分上比较均高于术前(P均0.05);the two groups after 3 and 9 months after the Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint pain, muscle strength, joint activities, daily activities, the total score were higher than before (after comparison P <0.05), after 3 and 9 months with DoubleEndobutton technique group in joint activities, daily activities and the total score was significantly higher than that of the clavicular hook plate group (P<0.05);DoubleEndobutton technique group after 6 months and 1 year after operation in CC.Dist were significantly superior clavicular hook plate group (P<0.05).Conclusion: DoubleEndobutton technique in treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation might be with good functional recovery.
