营心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

摘要

目的:观察营心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效,并探讨其作用机理.方法:100例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分成两组,对照组予利巴韦林、能量合剂及果糖等,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药营心汤,服药前后记录临床症状、体征变化,并检测心肌酶、血肌钙蛋白、NO,SOD,CRP水平,同时行心电图、B超、X线检查.结果:加用中药营心汤治疗后,病人临床症状、体征消失或减轻,实验室检查正常或好转,NO,SOD升高,CRP下降,心电图、X线检查正常或好转,总有效率98%,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05).结论:营心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效明显,其作用机制与调节NO,SOD,CRP水平有关.%Objective; To observe the curative effect of yingxin decoction on acute viral myocarditis and explore its mechanism.Methods; lOOcases with acute viral myocarditis were divided into two groups randomly, control group was given western routine treatment,treatment group was given yingxin decoction on the basis of control group, recording the changes of symptoms and signs, determining cardiacmuscle enzymes, TPI, NO, SOD, CRP levels, taking the examination of ECG, B -ultrasonic and X-ray before and after treated.Results: The symptoms and signs were disappeared or eased, NO and SOD levels were raised, CRP content was lowered, the examinationresults of ECG and X-ray were normal or got better after treated with yingxin decoction, the total efficacy was 98%, there was obviousdifference to compare with control.Conclusion; Yingxin decoction could effectively treat acute viral myocarditis, its mechanism was related to regulating NO, SOD and CRPlevels.
