癌热疗中超声无创测温方法研究的国内外现状

     

摘要

近年来热疗成为一种重要的肿瘤治疗手段.为了杀死癌细胞而又不损伤正常组织,对组织温度进行准确测控非常重要,它直接影响到癌热疗的效果.利用超声可以实现热疗中组织温度的无创检测,本文介绍了癌热疗中目前所采用的几种超声无创测温方法:利用声速的温度相关性测温、利用声衰减特性的温度相关性测温、利用超声非线性参数的温度相关性测温、利用超声回波频移的温度相关性测温、利用超声回波时移的温度相关性测温等.对各种方法的原理及存在的问题进行了分析,概述了超声无创测温当前国内外研究现状.%Recently, hyperthemia becomes an important therapeutic method in the treatment of cancer. To kill cancer cells without affecting normal tissues, it is very important to accurately control the temperature of the tissue, which directly affects the effectiveness of cancer hyperthermia. Ultrasound can be introduced in the hyperthermia for noninvasive temperature estimation. This paper introduced several noninvasive temperature estimation methods by ultrasound recently applied in cancer hyperthermia: temperature estimation correlated with velocity of sound, temperature estimation correlated with attenuation of sound, temperature estimation correlated with nonlinearity parameter of ultrasound, temperature estimation correlated with echo frequency shift of ultrasound and temperature estimation correlated with echo time shift of ultrasound, etc.. The paper analyzed the theories of each method as well as the exiting problems, which summarized the current situation of the researches in noninvasive temperature estimation by ultrasound.Wu CS, Bai YP, Ren XY.
