成人感染性心内膜炎的外科诊治进展

摘要

感染性心内膜炎是严重的心血管感染性疾病,赘生物脱落往往导致脑、肺、肾脏等各脏器栓塞,造成相关脏器功能衰竭,是致残、致死性疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量甚至生命健康.传统观点认为,感染性心内膜炎往往需要早期内科抗感染治疗,治疗无效后再考虑外科手术.通过回顾相关文献,我们发现感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗疗效显著,早期诊断,早期、规律、全程抗感染治疗以及早期手术往往能改善患者预后.%Infective endocarditis is a serious cardiovascular infectious diseases,neoplasm abscission often leading to organs embolism,such as brain,lung and kidney embolism.And then it usually leads organ failure,which is a fatal disease that seriously affect the life quality of patients,even death.The conventional view is that infective endocarditis often requires early anti infection treatment and surgical procedures after the treatment is ineffective.By reviewing the relevant literature,we found that the surgical treatment of infective endocarditis is effective.Early diagnosis,early regular course of anti infection treatment and early surgery can often improve the prognosis of patients.
