北京市中小学校食堂及学生午餐供餐状况

         

摘要

Objective To Characterize the situation of primary and secondary school canteens and students’lunch in Beijing and to provide scientific evidence for schools canteen’s standard system construction and improvement in student nutrition. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out in all of the 1 332 Beijing primary and secondary schools. Results 53.8% (717 /1 332)of all schools have a canteen (including self-running canteen and managed canteen),and 68.9% (689 145 /999 716)of the school children have lunch at school.36.1% (165 /457)of self-running canteens have a dietitian.58.7% (595 /1 014)of the canteens have recipes posted in advance,and 10.7%(109 /1 014)of the canteens have recipes designed for different ages and 8.2% (83 /1014)for children with obesity or malnutrition. Conclusion School canteens need to strengthen their nutritionist team and to develop nutritional health education.%目的:研究北京市中小学校食堂及学生午餐供餐状况,为学校食堂标准体系建设和学生营养改善提供科学依据。方法对北京市教委所属全部1332所公立中小学校午餐供餐情况和学校食堂状况进行问卷调查。结果53.8%的学校有食堂(包括自办食堂和托管食堂,下同),68.9%的学生在校吃午餐。457所学校自办食堂中有36.1%配备营养师。供餐单位提前公布带量食谱的为58.7%,按年龄制定食谱和为肥胖或营养不良学生提供食谱的分别为10.7%和8.2%。结论学校应完善食堂建设,加强营养师队伍建设,开展学生营养健康教育,使我市学生营养健康状况真正得到改善。
