综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the comprehensive rehabilitation on motor function after stroke. Methods 60 stroke patients were divided into 2 groups (n=30) who respectively accepted normal neurodevelopment therapy (control group) and comprehensive rehabilitation (experimental group) for 3 months. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and 3 months after the treatment. Results There was significant improvement in both groups after treatments (P<0.01), and it was more in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the motor function after stroke.%目的 探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响.方法 60例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,分别采用综合康复治疗和常规神经生理学方法治疗,在治疗前、治疗3个月后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定进行评价.结果 两组患者治疗后运动功能均有明显改善(P＜0.01)；实验组运动功能恢复优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复有促进作用.
