冷柜门体与箱体配合间隙对能耗的影响

         

摘要

随着节能减排、环境保护概念的逐步深化,节能环保冷柜已经成为冷柜产品开发的一大趋势。降低冷柜的耗电量一般从优化结构设计以减少箱体的漏热和制冷系统优化设计两个方面考虑。因此,研究冷柜的结构漏热与研究制冷系统优化设计同样重要。本文通过优化门体与箱体之间的配合间隙,来减少漏热、改善性能、降低耗电量。%With the deepening of energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection, it has been a major trend to develop energy-saving and environment-friendly freezers. In order to reduce the power consumption, there are two aspects:the structural optimization design to reduce the heat leakage of chamber, and the optimization design of refrigeration system. Therefore, the investigation of the heat leakage of the freezer structure is as important as that of the optimization design of refrigeration system. This article pointed out the methods to reduce the heat leakage, improve the performance and reduce the power consumption by the optimization of the fit clearance between the door and chamber of freezer.
