采用深井水削减夏季用电高峰诌议

     

摘要

本文简述了在上世纪(1960~1990)年代煤、电紧缺情况下的冬灌夏用措施.该方法在夏天以冬灌的深井水为冷源,可以实现工作环境的空调.为了适应当前城市职能转变,直接采用"冬灌夏用"方法,已不合适.然而,可运用"机冷打底,井水填峰"的原理,合理地使用低温深井水冷源来削减夏季的高峰用电.在冬季缩短回灌期,减少冬灌量和夏季抽水量,并用机械制冷进行夜间蓄冷灌井来补充白天的高峰用冷,可以实现削减用电高峰的目的.%In the present study, the measures of "injection in winter and using in summer" used in case of lack of coal and power during 1960s ~ 1990s were introduced. By injecting water into deep well in winter and using the water as cold source in summer, the air conditioning for working area was realized. Nowadays in order to adapt the transformation of the function of the city, it is not suitable for directly using the method of "injection in winter and using in summer". However, the mechanical refrigeration can be used as the base, and the cold source of low temperature well water can be used to cut down the peak of the electricity consumption in summer. The objective for decreasing the electricity consumption can be realized by the measures of shortening the injection period in the winter, reducing the water injection and withdraw quantity, and such as to shorten the injection period in the winter, to reduce the water quantity of injection in winter and using in summer, and to use injection with mechanical refrigeration for cold storage at night as a complement to the peak of the cooling load in the daytime.
