密闭机柜用循环通风装置的研究

摘要

In the present study, an airtight cabinet cooling is studied as the research object. According to the main technical indexs, the cooling and dehumidification designs of the circulating ventilation device are carried out. The programmable controller (PLC) is adopted in the control system, and the condensing heat recovery and electric heating combinationare adopted for the temperature control, which improve the automation level and reliability of the system. Through the anaysis on the practical operation data, the application value and popularization of the proposed circulation ventilation device are proved.%本文以密闭机柜冷却为研究对象,根据循环通风装置的主要技术指标,进行了循环通风装置降温除湿设计;在控制系统上采用了可编程控制器(PLC),冷凝回热与电加热相结合的方式进行温度控制,提高了自动化水平以及可靠性.通过实际运行数据分析证明了循环通风装置的应用价值和可推广性.
