Study on Microstructures and Magnetic Properties of Nd10.1Fe(83.7-x-y)CoxZryB6.2 Permanent Materials

         

摘要

Nanocrystalline Nd10.1Fe(83.7-x-y)CoxZryB6.2 premantent materials were prepared by induction melt-spun with different wheel speed ranging from 16 to 28m·s^-1 in an argon atmosphere and then subsequent heat-treatment. Optimum magnetic properties of the Nd10.1Fe76Co5Zr2.7B6.2 bonded magnet (vn=18m·s^-1) can be achieved after annealing the ribbons at 710℃ for 4 min, the remanence (Br), intrinsic coercivity (jHc) and maximum magnetic energy product (BH)max are 0.6T, 754 kA·m^-1 and 75.1kJ·m^-3, respectively.
