Assembling Tunable Time-Resolved Fluorescence Layer onto Nano-Gold

             

摘要

Assembling arescent chelator BSPDAcoating of time-resolved fluoonto nano-gold layer (BSP-DA, abbreviated from 4, 7-bis (sulfhydrylphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-diearboxylie acid) was demonstrated. Firstly, BSPDA was synthesized in facile procedures, and then an approach was developed to immobilizing BSPDA onto nano-gold layer deposited on glass substrate, whereby europium (Ⅲ, Eu^3+) was captured and released on the principle of complexation and dissociation interaction between BSPDA functionalized coating and Eu^3+ solution. The fluorescence spectra and related lifetimes were determined. Also,
