精细化管理对脑卒中患者康复效果的影响

摘要

Objective To study the application of meticulous management in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.Methods From June 2016 to January 2018, 116 hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy included in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group carried out fine management on the basis of routine nursing, and compared the self-care ability of the 2 groups (Barthel index), the psychological assessment (HAMD score) and the satisfaction of the subjects on the nursing effect.Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in Barthel index and HAMD score between the 2 groups (P＞0.05).After the intervention, the Barthel index score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention, the HAMD score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The fine management in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients can improve the self-care ability and mental health, and the positive effect of nursing satisfaction.It is of great significance for the recovery of stroke patients and can be popularized in clinical.%目的 研究精细化管理在脑卒中康复护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2016-06—2018-01开封市中心医院治疗的116例脑卒中住院患者, 随机分为试验组和对照组各58例.对照组行常规护理, 试验组在常规护理基础上实施精细化管理, 比较2组生活自理能力 (Barthel指数) 、心理评定 (HAMD评分) 和患者对护理效果的满意度.结果 干预前2组Barthel指数和HAMD评分相比差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05) .干预后试验组Barthel指数评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .干预后试验组HAMD评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .试验组患者对护理人员的满意度明显优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .结论 精细化管理在脑卒中患者的康复护理中可以提高生活自理能力和心理健康, 护理满意度的积极效果, 对脑卒中患者的身心恢复具有重要意义.
