Objective To study the feasibility of povidone iodine used in clinical application. Methods Observed duration of 0.1% povidone iodine through chemical titration and experiment of sterilization. Results Effective constituent of povidone iondine reduced by 9.86% in 29 days and reduced by 11.30% in 33 days. By day 29,100% staphylococcus aureus were killed in one minute and 99.9% candida albicans were killed in 5 minutes. Conclusion The way of using 0.1% povidone iodine for mucocutaneous sterilization makes a notable positive effect.%目的 研究吉尔碘皮肤黏膜消毒剂在临床应用的可行性.方法 用化学滴定法和对细菌、真菌的杀灭试验,观察1:4稀释吉尔碘皮肤黏膜消毒剂的有效使用时间.结果 1:4稀释后存放29 d,有效成分下降9.86%视为合格.存放33 d有效成分下降11.30%,视为该消毒剂失效.第29天对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率1 min仍为100%;对抵抗力较强的白色念珠菌5 min杀灭率99.9%,视为可达到消毒效果.结论 1:4(1 000 mg/L)稀释吉尔碘皮肤黏膜消毒剂用于皮肤黏膜消毒效果显著.
