直线切割闭合器及管状吻合器在消化道重建术中的应用(附50例分析)

摘要

目的 分析一次性管状吻合器及直线切割闭合器在消化道重建手术应用中的操作技术、安全性和实用性.方法 消化道重建手术运用管状吻合器及直线切割闭合器50例.结果 本组吻合均一次成功,无手术死亡病例,无吻合口出血、无吻合口漏或吻合口狭窄.结论 管状吻合器及多发式直线切割闭合器在消化道重建手术应用中具有使用方便、易于掌握、吻合效果安全可靠等优点.%Objective To analyze the application of anastomat and stapler in surgical pancreaticoduodenectomy reconstruction of digestive tract.Methods In 50 cases undergoing surgical reconstruction of digestive tract,anastomat and stapler were used.Results The digestive tract anastomoses with anastomat and staplerin all cases were successfully performed.There was no operative mortality,anastomotic leakage or gastrointestinal tract hemorrhageand anastomotic stenosis.Conclusions Anastomat and stapler are rnconvenient and reliable in the application of surgical pancreaticoduodenectomy reconstruction of digestive tract.The complications are related to improper use of anastomat and stapler.
