Objective To investigate the clinical effect and its mechanism of Warming spleen Guse on diabetic in -tractable diarrhea .Methods Randomly selected 116 diabetic patients with intractable diarrhea from February 2012 to Jan-uary 2014 and divided them into experiment group and control group according to the different treatment methods .The ex-periment group was treated with Warming spleen Guse and the control group was treated with smecta treatment .The clinical effects and changes of related gastrointestinal hormones in the two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Warming spleen using Guse is effective on diabetic intractable diarrhea , is safe and reliable , so it is recommended to be further promoted in clinical practice .%目的 探讨温肾健脾固涩方治疗糖尿病顽固性腹泻患者的临床效果及其作用机制. 方法 随机选取宝丰县人民医院2012年2月至2014年1月收治的糖尿病顽固性腹泻患者116例,按照治疗方法将患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用温肾健脾固涩方治疗,对照组采用思密达治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及相关胃肠激素的变化. 结果 实验组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ). 结论 采用温肾健脾固涩方治疗糖尿病顽固性腹泻疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.
