目的 探讨CT、MRI在头颈癌淋巴结转移早期诊断的应用价值. 方法 选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2013年11月至2014年10月收治的头颈癌患者30例,采用CT、MRI早期诊断,对其检查资料行回顾性分析. 结果 临床检查对肿瘤分期的准确率为66.7%,CT诊断准确率为93.3%,MRI诊断准确率为96.7%,相较临床检查,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论 头颈癌淋巴结转移早期诊断中应用CT、MRI均可取得理想的诊断效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据,并用于预后评估,具有较高应用价值.%Objective To investigate the application value of CT , MRI in the early diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of head and neck cancer .Methods Thirty patients with head and neck cancer from November 2013 to October 2014 were selected , using CT , MRI in early diagnosis , and the data were retrospectively analyzed .Results The accuracy of tumor staging assess by clinical examination was 66.7%, CT diagnostic accuracy was 93.3%, MRI diagnostic accuracy was 96.7%, compared with clin-ical examination, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Application of CT, MRI in the early diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of head and neck cancer , can achieve the desired diagnostic effect , provide a reference for clinical treatment and evaluate the prognosis , has high application value .
