神经内镜在解决松果体区肿瘤所致梗阻性脑积水及明确肿瘤性质中的应用

摘要

Objective To observe the neural endoscopy in solving the obstructive hydrocephalus caused by pineal region tumors and understand the nature of the tumor,the advantages and disadvantages of neural endoscopy in the process of such diseases.Methods Neural endoscopy was used for 31 cases of pineal region tumors in patients with obstructive hydrocephalus caused by line three ventricle colostomy and the bottom line clear nature of the tumor,tumor biopsy guidance tumor treatment next.Results All of the 31 patients with obstructive hydrocephalus were solved.At the same time,obtained the disease inspection results of all the 31 patients.Conclusions Application of neural endoscopic treatment for obstructive hydrocephalus is a practical and effective method,the disease inspection results has a positive guiding significance to the next step in the tumor treatment.%目的 观察神经内镜在解决松果体区肿瘤所致梗阻性脑积水和明确肿瘤性质中的应用,了解神经内镜在此类疾病诊疗过程中的优缺点.方法 应用神经内镜对31例松果体区肿瘤所致梗阻性脑积水患者行三脑室底造瘘的同时行肿瘤活检术,明确肿瘤性质,指导肿瘤下一步治疗.结果 本研究31例患者梗阻性脑积水均得到解决,同时获得了31例患者的病理检查结果.结论 应用神经内镜治疗梗阻性脑积水是一种切实有效的方法,同时获得的病理检查结果对肿瘤的下一步治疗具有积极的指导意义.
