Objective To investigate the effect of application of ultrasound monitoring morphologic changes of ute-rus and ovary on girls with idiopathic central sexual precocity ( ICSP) . Methods Twenty-four cases of ICSP patients re-ceived GnRH-a treatment in Xinyang central hospital were selected as experiment subjects, the volumes of ovaries, uteru-ses, length ratio of cervix to uterus body, numbers and sizes of follicles, endometrial thickness of the patients before and af-ter treatment were monitored with ultrasound, and at the same time, the hormone levels of pituitary-gonadal axis were ob-served. Results After effective treatment, ultrasonic testing found that the volumes of ovaries and uteruses, diameters of follicles, endometrial thickness of the patients were significantly reduced compared to pre-treatment ( P<0. 05 ) . Before treatment, there were 5-7 follicles found in the patients’ ovaries, the diameter of the follicles was (6. 2 ± 2. 1) mm, the length ratio of cervix to uterus body was 1∶1. 5;after treatment, the follicles <4, diameters of the follicles <4 mm; the menstruation of the patients ceased 3 months after treatment, the secondary sexual characteristics subsided, the sex hor-mone levels reduced to prepubertal levels, the growth rate of bone age slowed down effectively. Conclusions The morpho-logical changes of the uterus and ovary with ultrasound monitoring can reflect the changes of the gonadal axis function in pa-tients with ICSP indirectly, and evaluates the treatment effect of GnRH-A.%目的：探讨超声监测子宫卵巢形态学变化在特发性中枢性性早熟( ICSP)女孩治疗中的应用效果。方法选取在信阳市中心医院接受GnRH-A治疗的24例ICSP患者作为实验对象,并采用超声法检测治疗前后患者卵巢、子宫容积、宫颈和宫体之间的长度比、卵泡数目和大小、子宫内膜厚度,同时观察患者第二性特征以及垂体-性腺轴激素水平。结果经有效治疗后,超声检测发现患者卵巢、子宫容积、卵泡直径以及子宫内膜厚度等比治疗前显著减少( P<0．05),治疗前患者卵巢可见5~7个卵泡,直径为(6．2±2．1) mm,宫颈和宫体之间长度比为1∶1．5,治疗后卵泡<4个,直径<4 mm；治疗3个月左右月经停止,第二性征消退,性激素水平减少至青春期前,骨龄增长速度得到有效缓解。结论超声监测子宫卵巢形态学变化可间接反映ICSP患者性腺轴功能改变情况,评估GnRH-A治疗效果。
