Objective To comparatively analyze the effect of lingual orthodontics and labial orthodontic non ex-traction on malocclusion deformity effect. Methods Senventy cases of patients with malocclusion deformity were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and the control group using randomized controlled table patients. The control group received labial ortho-dontic non extraction treatment and the observation group was conducted with lingual orthodontics treatment. The VAS score,self-made dental appearance expectation scale were promoted. Results The dental appearance expected values were (1. 96 ± 0. 86),(2. 54 ± 0. 91),(3. 36 ± 0. 52)respectively in observation group after treatment for 1,6,12 month, which were significantly higher than that in the control group,and differences were all significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Eating diffi-culties,oral soft tissue discomfort in the observation group after treatment for 1,4 weeks were significantly higher than those of control group;the speech influence degree score(3. 11 ± 0. 55)after treatment for 1 week was higher than that of control group;the influence degree of beautiful function score(0. 29 ± 0. 32),(0. 06 ± 0. 51)points after treatment for 1,4 weeks were lower than control group,and all the differences above were significant( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions After Tongue side orthodontic treatment for 1 months,eating difficulties and articulation disorder is likely to occure,but the influ-ence of the beautiful degree is low.%目的：对比分析舌侧正畸和唇侧正畸非拔牙治疗错颌畸形的效果。方法选取入院治疗的错颌畸形患者70例作为研究对象，采用随机对照表将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组行唇侧正畸非拔牙治疗，观察组行舌侧正畸治疗，行 VAS 评分、自制的牙齿美观期待量表。结果观察组治疗后1、6、12个月对牙齿美观预期值分别为（1.96±0.86）分、（2.54±0.91）分、（3.36±0.52）分，均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。观察组治疗1、4周进食困难、口腔软组织不适感均明显高于对照组；治疗1周后语音影响程度评分高于对照组；治疗1、4周美观功能影响程度评分分别为（0.29±0.32）分、（0.06±0.51）分，低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论舌侧正畸治疗1个月后易出现进食困难和发音障碍，但治疗后对美观程度的影响程度较低。
