围绝经期阴道流血的诊断思路和程序

摘要

Abnormal vaginal bleeding is associated with many gynecologic diseases, which is also the most common reason for perimenopausal women who seek medical consultation. Early identifying the cause of vaginal bleeding has an important impact on the subsequent treatment; however, accurate diagnosis is always difficult for that the medical situation represents a spectrum of diseases. Therefore, a systematic diagnostic protocol is useful and helpful. The present article is aimed to explore how to detect the disease resulting vaginal bleeding based the organ and then the characteristic of the lesion. Additionally , we present our diagnostic workup and review current studies pertinent to the differential diagnosis of vaginal bleeding.%阴道流血是围绝经期女性就诊的一个常见原因,生殖道多个部位及多种疾病均可表现为这一症状.因此,清晰的诊断思路和程序在进行病因诊断时尤为重要.本文就此问题从“先定位后定性”的思路入手,解析围绝经期阴道流血的诊断程序.
