近年来,肥胖的发生率在全球范围呈上升趋势,妊娠期肥胖的发生率也随之升高.妊娠期肥胖与多种围产期母儿并发症相关,增加剖宫产率,影响子代远期健康.应在产前、产时和产后加强对妊娠期肥胖的监测、管理和干预,保障母儿安全.%The prevalence of obesity worldwide is increasing in recent years.Obesity in pregnancy increasing,too.It is well recognised that maternal obesity is associated with an increased risk of antenatal,peripartum and neonatal complications.Obesity increases the rate of cesarean section and has influence on the long-term health of offsprings.The management of obesity during pregnancy is essential,and management should begin before conception and continue through the postpartum period.
