阴道后壁切口在腹腔镜手术标本取出中应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨经阴道后壁中段切口在腹腔镜手术标本取出中的可行性.方法 回顾性分析沈阳市妇婴医院2016年11月至2017年1月妇科病房住院并行腹腔镜手术患者68例,采用经阴道后壁中段切口,将手术标本套袋后取出.结果 全部68例行腹腔镜手术患者,标本套袋后经阴道后壁中段切口顺利取出,无破裂,无标本残留,无其他手术并发症发生,术后阴道切口愈合良好.结论 阴道后壁中段切口充分利用阴道这一自然通道,取出腹腔镜手术标本,符合微创原则,便捷有效,易于掌握.%Objective To report a technique of transvaginal extraction of pelvic masses or larger specimens through the middle part incision of posterior vagina in laparoscopic surgery.Methods 68 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in Shenyang Women's and ChiMren's Hospital between Nov.2016 and Jan.2017 are analysed retrospectively.The middle part incision of posterior vagina was applied to remove the pelvic massed or larger specimens placed in bags.Results Vaginal extraction was successful in all 68 patients without cyst rupture and residue.No intraoperative complications occurred.Conclusion The middle part incision of posterior vagina took great advantage of the nature path.The way of the extraction is an efficacious an d minimally morbid technique for removing the intact entrapped specimen after laparoscopic surgery.
