过氧化银电极制备和电性能研究

         

摘要

采用涂布法制备厚度0.2 mm的薄型过氧化银(AgO)电极,采用化学滴定和扫描电镜(SEM)对电极材料的组成和形貌进行表征,并探索了最佳的浆料配比和电极制备工艺.采用该电极组装锌银电池单体进行电性能测试,结果表明单体放电性能能够满足一般锌银电池的放电要求,在2A放电电流(5 mA/cm2)下,平均电压在1.5V以上.在100 A脉冲放电电流(264 mA/cm2)下,电压不小于1.172 V,显示出良好的倍率放电性能.%The composition and morphology of the silver peroxide (AgO) electrodes of 0.2 mm in thickness prepared by coated method was characterized by chemical titration and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The best ratio of slurry and electrode manufacture was explored.Then the electrical performance of silver-zinc cells assembled with these electrodes was measured.It is found that the voltages of the cells at 2 A (5 mA/cm2) are above 1.5 V,and above 1.172 V at 100 A (264 mA/cm2).The discharge performance of these cells can satisfy the general silver-zinc battery discharge requirement,and especially is excellent at high rate discharge.
