蓄电池充电调节器的稳健性设计分析

         

摘要

为满足卫星电源蓄电池充电调节器(BCR)高可靠的要求,提出了一种BCR稳健性设计分析方法.首先根据BCR的数学模型,设计了电压外环、电流内环控制器,进丽在Saber软件环境下建立了BCR仿真模型,获得了标称设计下的系统性能.考虑温度漂移、器件老化等不利因素,依次进行了BCR电路的灵敏度分析、应力分析、参数扫描分析和最坏情况电路分析.分析结果表明设计的BCR母线电压、电路器件降额均满足设计要求,能够保证系统在空间环境中的可靠工作.%To satisfy the high reliability requirement of the battery charge regulator of satellite power systems,a robust design and analysis method was proposed.First,a controller with outer voltage loop and inner current loop was designed based on the BCR mathematic model.Then,a BCR simulation model was established in the Saber software,and the system performance with nominal design was obtained.Furthermore,considering temperature drifts and component aging,the sensitivity analysis,stress analysis,parametric analysis and worst case circuit analysis were presented.The results show that the design main bus voltage and component derating meet the system requirement.The reliability of system under space environments is ensured.
