基于能源路由器的隔离双向DC-DC变换器研究

         

摘要

Work principle on the Bi-directional DC-DC Converter was introduced.The relationship between system capacity and connected reactor was analyzed.The scheme of parameter selection of high frequency transformers was provided.Then,an effective phase shifting control strategy was designed by the combination of control characteristics of converter with the requirements of battery charging and discharging.Models of converter were established in PSCAD,and running status of converter were analyzed as part of energy router in various operating conditions.Simulation results testify the correctness and feasibility of design scheme.Finally an experiment prototype was manufactured and the ideal wave in this prototype was finally got.%介绍了隔离双向DC-DC变换器的工作原理,分析系统容量与连接电抗之间的关系,给出高频变压器的参数选择设计方案.结合该变换器的控制特点以及蓄电池充放电的要求设计出有效的移相控制策略.在PSCAD中建立仿真模型,分析该变换器作为能源路由器的一部分在各种工况下的运行状态.仿真结果验证了设计方案的正确性和可行性.搭建了一套样机,在样机上得到了较为理想的实验波形.
