By adjusting the process technique of lithium-ion battery,the poles with different moisture contents were obtained.The formation process and electrochemical cycle performance of the corresponding battery were studied.The results show that the moisture content has significant effect on the formation process and cycle performance of the batteries.The formation process and cycle performance of the batteries are less affected by moisture factor when the moisture content is less than 550 × 10-6,and when the moisture content is up to 700 × 10-6,the cycle performance of the batteries obviously falls which may lead to the nonuniformity of batteries.%通过调整锂离子电池制程工艺,制备了不同水分含量的电池极组,并对其全电池化成过程及电化学循环过程进行跟踪与测试.结果表明,不同水分含量对全电池的化成过程及循环性能有重要影响.当水分含量小于550 × 10-6时电池制程一致性及循环性能受水分因素影响较小,当电池水分含量大于700×10-6时电池循环性能发生明显衰减,产品一致性无法得到保证.
