磁场联合阿霉素磁液靶向治疗鼠种植性胃肿瘤的实验研究

摘要

Objective To study the inhibitory mechanism of oral adriamycin magnetic fluid combined with extracorporeal magnetic field therapy for implanted gastric tumor in rats.Methods Rat models of implanted gastric tumor were duplicated with Walker-256 tumor cells and divided into three groups: targeting group, non-targeting group and control group. The therapeutic effects including general condition of rats,rate of tumor growth,rats survival duration,histopathology of implanted tumor were evaluated and compared among three groups.Results Compared with the control group, the growth of implanted gastric tumor of rats in targeting group was obviously slower.The inhibitory rate of tumor weight and volume was 78.08% and 82.52% respectively (χ2=27.96,P<0.01). The rats survival duration was markedly prolonged, the prolonged rate was 286.38%(χ2=7.54,P<0.01).Remarkable histopathologic change in the implanted gastric tumor was found.Conclusions  The study shows that the targeting therapy of the adriamycin magetic fluid combined with extracorporeal magnetic field has significant inhibitory effects for implanted gastric tumor in rats. It provides an experimental evidence for further clinical application too.%目的 探讨阿霉素磁液经消化道给药后,联合外磁场对鼠种植性胃肿瘤的靶向治疗作用机制。方法 利用Walker-256瘤细胞制作鼠种植性胃肿瘤模型,并分成阿霉素磁液联合外磁场的靶向组,单纯阿霉素治疗的非靶向组及空白对照组。观察动物的一般状况,肿瘤生长率,病理组织学改变及动物生存时间等变化。结果 与空白对照组比较,靶向组动物肿瘤生长明显缓慢,瘤重及瘤体积抑制率分别为78.08%和82.52%(χ2=27.96,P<0.01),动物生存时间明显延长,延长率达286.38%(χ2=19.54,P<0.01),并出现明显病理组织学改变。结论 磁场联合阿霉素磁液的靶向治疗,具有明显协同的抑制鼠种植性胃肿瘤生长的作用,为进一步临床应用提供实验依据。
