摸不到睾丸的隐睾症与小儿性别畸形

摘要

Among 175 cryptorchid children surgically treated,45,including 54 sides,had no pal.pable undescended testes prior to operation.They ranged from 3 to 13 years in age.During operations,undersized testes were found in various places:within abdomen on 10 sides,in external ring on 6,in inguinal canal on 16,in internal ring on 10 and,in addition,ectopic testes in the thigh were also found.In 4 of them,no testes could be found at all.On the remaining 6 sides,ovaries were found on 4.In another case,a testis and an ovary coexisted on the same side.And in still another,only a Fallopian tube was seen on the abnormal side.%@@ 我院从1963年11月至1983年3月共手术治疗小儿先天性隐睾175例.现就术前摸不到睾丸的45例(54侧)对术中隐睾所处位置及术后诊断进行分析,并探讨兼有先天性尿道下裂的隐睾症与性别畸形的关系.
