胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸疗效观察

@@ 华西医科大学附属第一医院小儿外科 我院于1977年报道"胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸"以来(1),国内已陆续开展用此术式治疗小儿漏斗胸(2～4),近期疗效均感满意.本文报道我院1975～1983年手术的7个病例,术后随访及远期疗效均两年以上,现介绍如下.%Since our paper"Sternum Turnover Operation for Funnel Chest"was published in 1977,there have been a series of new reports about its use domestically,and the short-term results seemed good.Here the authors present a follow-up study of satisfying long-term results of 7 patients who received this operation for pectus excavatum between 1975 and 1983.The authors emphasize that pectus axeavatum is frequent and its spontaneous correction is impossible.To eliminate harmful effects of the deformity on cardiopulmonary function and psychological development,surgical correction is necessary.This procedure has proved satisfactory in fully correcting the deformity.However,symmetric pectus excavatum in preschool and schooling children is considered the best indication.
