先天性大网膜囊肿

@@ 先天性大网膜囊肿又称为大网膜淋巴管囊肿,发病率较低.我院自1956～1985年共收治41例,全部手术切除治愈.%The authors report 41 cases of congenital omental cyst seen in the years from 1956 to 1985.23 were males and 18 females,with age ranging between 6 mons and 11 yrs.Omental cyst is actually a lymphatic cyst.Clinically,the authors divided these cases into 3 types:(1) Aseres type (24 cases);(2) Abdominal mass type (11 cases);(3) Acute abdomen type (6 cases);Diagnosis should be early and surgicaltreatment is necessary.It has a good prognosis.
