小儿外伤性脾破裂处理意见

@@ 近年来,由于免疲学进展,对脾脏切除降低体内免疲机能可发生致命性感染(OPSI)引起重视.因此,小儿外伤性脾破裂的治疗应尽可能保留脾脏.%From Nov.1980 to May 1985,21 patients,17 males and 4 females,with traumatic spleen were admitted to our hospital.According to the degree of trauma,their-splenic ruptures were classified into 4 types and were treated either operatively or nonoperatirely.The operations included repair,partial splenectomy and splenectomy.Of the 10 cases that were followed up,5 had received splenic repair and 5 had had splenectomy.Immunoglobulin and lymphocyte transformation rate were examined in these cases.Various managemoats for traumatic spleen were also disussed.
