新生儿脐膨出的治疗

摘要

本文报告新生儿脐膨出56例.根据腹壁缺损大小及膨出内容物将脐膨出分为小型和巨型.脐膨出的预后取决于就诊早晚、出生体重、类型、有无伴发严重畸形及并发症.以早期手术治疗为宜.视具体情况,选择一期、二期或分期整复修补术.5例脐膨出-巨舌-巨体综合征均治愈.%Fifty-six cases(male 36)of exomphalos were treated from Oct.1972 to Sept.1988.Among them,36 were operated on and 27 cured. Six with poor general condition were treated conservatively.The prognosis of exomphalos depends on its pathological type,timing of therapy,pre-operative general condition and associated anomalies.The cure rate of cases with minor and major exomphalos was 72.2%and 38.2%respectively(p＜0.05),while of those treated within or beyond 24 hours after birth was 57.9% and 3.3%. Postoperative respiratory support by a ventilator may be required for cases with major exomphalos.
