Perthes病儿童血清免疫球蛋白的变化

Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,and Cs were determined in 51 children with Perthes' disease,aged 3-12yrs.205 healthy age-matched children were studied as control.The concentrations of serum IgA were found to be significantiy higher(3-6yrs,P＜0.001;-11yrs,P＜0.001; -14yrs,P＜0.02)in patients with Perthes' disease than in those of control group.%对51铡Perthes病儿童进行了血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM和C8检测,年龄在3～12岁.同期选择205例正常同龄儿童亦作了相同项目的检测以兹对照.结果显示血清中IgA含量,三个年龄组均明显高于对照组,经统计学处理有显著差异.
