膀胱三角区粘膜皱襞引起的下尿路梗阻

摘要

本文报告6例患儿因膀胱三角区内形成横向的粘膜皱襞,阻塞颈口,致排尿困难,继之并发尿路感染及肾功能障碍.该病早期诊断困难.伴发泌尿系其他畸形也是该病的特征之一.采用彻底切除皱襞手术,配合长期抗生素控制感染是有效的治疗方法.%Frein 1985 to 1989, 6 patients(male 5,female 1)with mucosal fold of bladder trigone were treated.The folded mucosa situated on the upper of the orifice of bladder neck as a valve obstruction to the orifice caused difficulty in urination,infection and dysfunction of the kidney.It is difficult to make an early diagnosis.One of the characteristics of this disease is coexistence of other urinary deformities.Early and complete removal of the fold together with long duration antibiotics may be an efficacious therapy.The coexisting deformities should be treated simultaneously.Six patients have got normal urination after surgery.
