肠切除肠外置及延期吻合术在小儿肠坏死中的应用

摘要

Forty children with shock due to intestinal necrosis were treated in Beijing Children's Hospital.An emergent enterectomy,exteriorization of borderline intestine and delayed entero-anastomosis were performed when the patient was in shock condition.Necrotizing segment of intestine being resected,both the proximal and the distal stump were clamped and exteriorized to the abdominal wound which was closed by 3 or 4 through and through sutures.Two or three days after the emergency surgery,the shock was overcome and the vitality of the remained intestine was well demarcated.A secondary entero-anastomosis was carried out.These procedures have saved many lives and preserved considerable amount of intestine from unnecessary resection.%作者报告肠切除肠外置及延期吻合术治疗小儿肠坏死40例.将坏死肠段切除,远近端肠管的残端置于腹外,肠管与腹壁组织间不作任何缝线固定,待患儿休克纠正或肠生机恢复后再作Ⅱ期肠吻合术.此术式可起到抢救生命和挽救生机可疑肠管的作用.
