浮动骨瓣颅骨切开术治疗狭颅症12例报告

摘要

作者报告30年来,采用带蒂浮动骨瓣颅骨切开术治疗12例狭颅症的体会,其中11例分期行两侧手术,有效地缓解了颅内压增高,同时矫正了头颅畸形.讨论了该病的诊断、手术时机和方法等.%The authors presented 12 cases with craniosynostosis treated by a floating cranial flap type of craniotomy.It was performed on two sides by stages in 11 cases and on one side in the 12th.The operation resulted in a successful correction of the increased intracranial pressure and the skull deformity.This operative method is indicated in the treatment of the sagittal and coronal synostosis.The surgieal diagnosis,operative timing and operative method of craniosynostosis were discussed in the text.
