椎管外软组织松解手术治疗慢性软组织疼痛100例远期疗效分析

摘要

Objective: To investigate the long term efficacy of spinal softtissue release surgery for chronic soft tissue pain.Methods: Select from the 1980 ～ 2005 implementation of the spinal soft tissue release surgery and cases with complete data, out by random sampling method for analysis of 100 cases.Act in accordance with the six-point pain score (BRS-6) to score, to evaluate clinical efficacy of pre-operative and post-operative follow-up and compute the excellent and good rate.Results: With revisit time of 5 ～15 years after surgery, an average of 5 years and 8 months.BRS-6 postoperative pain scores were significantly decreased from 4.3 points preoperatively to 1.4 points after down, the difference was statistically significant, the effective rates were 95％.Conclusion: For chronic spinal pain of soft tissue damage,which were ineffective by various non-surgical treatment, patients with spinal soft tissue release surgery was effective with long-term curative effect.%目的:评价椎管外软组织松解手术治疗慢性重度软组织损害性疼痛的远期疗效.方法:从1980年10月至2005年12月施行颈腰椎椎管外软组织松解手术且资料完整的病例为入选对象,采用随机抽样的方法取出100例.按照疼痛六点行为评分法(BRS-6)进行评分,评价术前及术后随访时的临床疗效,优良率比较以进行分析.结果:术后随访时间5～15年,平均5年8个月,优良率为95%.术后BRS-6疼痛评分明显降低,由术前4.3分降到术后1.4分,统计学卡方检验有显著差异.结论:对于慢性重度椎管外软组织损害性疼痛患者,经各种非手术治疗无效者,行选择性椎管外软组织松解手术,远期疗效显著.
