Objective: To explove the clinical features of rare trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias (TAC),including short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks with conjunctival injection and tearing (SUNCT) and paroxysmal hemicrania (PH). Methods: 2 SUNCT patients and 3 PH patients admitted between January 2007 and December 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. Clinical features and treatment were analyzed. Results: SUNCT and PH share the clinical features of severe ocular and temporal pain and prominent cranial parasympathetic autonomic features. The duration of headache ranges from 20 seconds to 30 minutes. Pain attacks from 8 to 100 per day. Indomethacin is specific treatment for PH and lamotrigine is useful to SUNCT. Conclusions: Clinical presentations and good response to some types of drugs are helpful in identifying the early diagnosis of SUNCT and PH.%目的:探讨伴有结膜充血及流泪的单侧短暂持续性神经痛样头痛(SUNCT)和阵发性偏侧头痛(PH)的临床特点.
