男性骨质疏松症药物治疗

摘要

男性骨质疏松症（ male osteoporosis ）患病率逐年增加，但未被充分重视。目前被批准治疗男性骨质疏松的主要药物包括双膦酸盐、甲状旁腺素制剂、雄激素、人源性核因子κB 受体活化因子配基（ RANKL）特异性单克隆抗体等。正在研发的多种新药有望改善男性骨质疏松患者的骨强度及生活质量。本文就男性骨质疏松症的药物治疗进展进行综述，以期提高对本病的认识。%Male osteoporosis is a common but under-recognized disease with growing prevalence .Approved ther-apies to male osteoporosis include the bisphosphonates , parathyroid hormone , androgen and the monoclonal antibody against receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand ( RANKL) .A good deal of new drugs are expected to improve the bone strength and the life quality of male osteoporosis .We review the treatment of male osteoporosis in order to im-prove the understanding of this disease .
