糖皮质激素所致骨骼病变研究新进展

摘要

Glucocorticoid-induced bone disease is one of the more common and serious side effects of glu-cocorticoids, of which pathogenesis is not yet clear.A large number of vitro and vivo studies have indicated that the re-lated cell damage and regulatory factors are the main causes of the disease.It often lead to osteoporosis, osteonecrosis and growth retardation and they have some common pathogenesis.However, the macroscopic symptom of the lesions are different, so the internal mechanism of the disease has its own characteristics.We review new progress glucocorticoid-induced bone disease.%骨骼病变是糖皮质激素应用过程中较为常见且严重的不良反应之一，其发病机制目前尚未明确，大量体内外研究表明相关细胞损伤及调控因子失调是其发生的主要原因。糖皮质激素所致骨骼病变常表现为骨质疏松、骨坏死及骨骼生长发育障碍，三者具有某些共同的发病基础，但各病变宏观表现有所不同，故其内在发病机制又各具特点。本文综述近年来有关糖皮质激素所致骨骼病变发病机制的研究进展。
