不同色温发光二极管面板灯对人眼视觉质量的影响

摘要

Objective To compare changes of visual quality index that before and after 90 minutes's visual task under three kinds of different color temperature lighting environment,to explore the relationship between visual fatigue and human wave-front aberration.Methods This research study included 94 adults and divided into 3 groups [4 000 K (37 cases),5 000 K (27 cases) and 6 500 K (30 cases)] to underwent visual task,wave-front aberration before and after the visual task were tested and recorded.Visual fatigue score were tested after visual task.Data were analyzed using ANOVA.Results The changes of modulation transfer function (MTF) was minimum under 5 000 K color temperature lighting environment,corresponding visual fatigue score was lowest,the differences were significant with the other two groups (P<0.05).No significant difference of 3rd-7th higher order aberrations were found between the three group.The changes of vertical coma aberration under 6 500 K color temperature lighting environment were negative,and differences were significant compared with 5 000 K and 4 000 K groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Under 5 000 K color temperature lighting environment,human eyes feel most comfortable.MTF and vertical coma aberration could reflect human visual quality status effectively.%目的 通过比较3种色温环境下,成年人完成90 min用眼任务前后视功能指标的变化,进一步探索视觉疲劳与全眼波前像差之间的对应关系.方法 实验研究.94例健康成年人,按照用眼任务时色温不同分成3组,4000 K环境下37例、5000 K环境下27例和6 500 K环境下30例,采集完成任务前后的全眼高阶像差,并计算得到调制传递函数(MTF)值.采用单因素方差分析进行数据分析.结果 在5000K色温环境下完成任务前后MTF变化量最小,人眼疲劳程度最低,与另外2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3~7阶像差3组间差异均无统计学意义;在6500 K色温环境下,垂直彗差变化量为负值,与5000 K和4000 K 2组差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 5000K色温环境下人眼舒适度最高,人眼的波前像差指标中MTF和垂直彗差可有效反映人眼的视觉质量状态.
