用计算机显示器进行中心黄蓝视野分析的研究与临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨通过软件开发利用家用计算机显示器作为刺激屏开展中心黄蓝视野检查以发现视神经视网膜外伤与其他病变的异常视野.方法 利用PowerBuilder8开发平台,结合Sybase数据库,开发出视野检查程序,通过在计算机安装运行,利用家用液晶显示器作为正切屏进行中心视野检查.30°视野检查应用黄蓝视野检查原理,选择正常组A组37人(74正常眼),隔一定时间在相同条件下分别两次行30°视野检查,对两次结果进行比较;B组为青光眼组,具有异常视野,共23例(43眼),已经通过常规标准视野计检查得出视野图,由作者进行病人的计算机显示器30°视野检查,得出结果,两者进行比较.结果 正常A组前后两次视野无明显变化,相应视标数变异<5%;B组经计算机视野检查均发现异常,与患眼实际视野缺损形态表现基本一致.结论 通过软件编译在计算机上安装运行,利用黄蓝视野检查和正切屏应用的原理,使用家用计算机显示器进行患者的视野检查,可以实现视野异常的自我发现,具有一定的临床应用价值.%Objective To explore the development of software for using a computer monitor as a stimulating screen to test abnormal central visual fields of optic nerve and retinal diseases.Methods Central visual field test software was developed with PowerBuilder 8.0 software development platform,and the installation program was obtained by compiling with Sybase database.Central visual fields examination was conducted via running the installed software using a LCD monitor as tangent plane.The 30° perimetry was carried out based on the principle of blue-on-yellow perimetry.A group of 37 persons,including 74 normal eyes,was defined as group A.30° perimetry was carried out twice under the same conditions with a given interval,then the two results were compared with each other.Another group of 23 persons,including 43 eyes with abnormal vision fields,was defined as group B.Their cyclograms were obtained by the conventional standard perimetry and also our software.Two results were compared afterwards.Results There were no significant differences between the two results in group A with the corresponding visual target variation<5% ; Abnormalities were found with the computered perimetry results in group B,which were basically identical with the cyclograms by the conventional standard perimetry.Conclusion The personal computered software can successfully detect the abnormal visual field,applying a convenient approach for the patients to examine themselves.The examination method via computer monitor possesses the preliminary clinical application value.
