GRAIN BOUNDARY SEGREGATION OF BORON IN NICKEL AND EFFECT OF MOLYBDENUM ADDITIONS

         

摘要

By means of particle tracking auloradiography it has been found that there exisls a strong tendency of equilibrium grain boundary segregation of B in Ni with binding energy of 18±2 kJ/mol.In Ni-Mo-B alloyshe segregelion is alleviated.For additions of 0.5% and 3% Ma lhe grain boundary binding energies of B de.crease to 14±lkJ/movand l3±1kJ/mol respectively.
