复杂性可摘局部义齿修复临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the complicate removable partial denture in the repair of different dentition defect.Methods According to patients′oral, physical and mental conditions ,260 proper com-plicate removable partial dentures were used for repair of dentition defects in 180 patients.Then periodic telephone in-terview and further consultation for any problems were performed during 3 to 5 years and the effects of the denture were observed and recorded.Results The satisfaction was 96.2%,dissatisfaction was 3.8%.Conclusion Accord-ing to different situations of dentition defect , using the appropriate denture is easier to having good clinical effect .%目的探讨不同牙列缺损选择不同类型复杂性可摘局部义齿修复的临床效果。方法将180例牙列缺损患者，根据其口腔、身体、心理状况选用不同类型复杂可摘局部义齿共260件修复体，经3～5年，电话定期随访和嘱咐有问题来复诊，观察记录义齿修复效果。结果总满意度为96.2％，不满意度为3.8％。结论根据不同情况的牙列缺损，选用合适类型的修复体，容易获得满意的临床效果。
