基于社会网络分析法的社区护理知识流动特征研究

摘要

目的:了解社区护士知识流动网络的特征,为提升社区护士人员培训效率,优化社区护士培训模式提供实证依据。方法随机抽取上海社区卫生服务中心护士387名,应用社会网络分析法,分别从自我中心网及整体社会网络视角调查社区护士知识交流自我中心网络特征及整体网络结构,采用SPSS 17.0及UCINET 6.0软件对数据进行分析处理。结果社区护士个体网络规模为(2.68±1.61)分,护士可咨询人数与学历、职称和科研经历有关(r值分别为-0.165,0.189,0.261;P<0.05);同事关系为主要知识交流关系且关系强度最强,为3.5766;知识交流中大多集中在本院且强度较大,为3.5026;社区护士知识获取的主要渠道为参加培训班及听讲座,自学是知识获取的辅助方式。结论社会网络分析是研究社区护理知识网络的有效手段。社区护士知识咨询网络规模低,获取知识资源能力有限,以政府组织渠道为主,知识交流范围局限;社区内部知识传递稳定,缺乏异构性。%Objective To understand the characteristics of knowledge flow network in community nurses, in order to provide empirical basis for promoting the training efficiency of community nurses , and to optimize the training mode of community nurse .Methods A total of 387 nurses were randomly selected from Shanghai community health center .And the social network analysis was used to investigate the egocentric network characteristics and the overall network structure of knowledge exchange among community nurses based on the perspectives of egocentric network and overall social network , SPSS17.0 and UCINET 6.0 software were used for data analysis and processing .Results The individual network size of nurses was (2.68 ±1.61) points. The number of nurses who could be consulted was related to education , job title and research experience (r=-0.165, 0.189, 0.261, respectively; P <0.05 ); The relationship between colleagues was the main knowledge exchange relations , and was the strongest at 3.576 6; the places for knowledge exchange mostly concentrated in our hospital and the intensity is higher , at 3.502 6.Attending training classes and lectures was the main channel for community nurses to get knowledge , and self-study was the secondary way of knowledge acquisition for community nurses.Conclusions Social network analysis is an effective method of studying community nurse knowledge networks . The consulting network of knowledge for community nurses is characterized with small scale.The ability of acquiring knowledge resources is limited , and the main channel for community nurses to get knowledge is government organizations which result in knowledge exchange between community nurses getting confined; knowledge transfer within the community is stable , but which is lack of heterogeneity.
