孕早期和孕中期微量元素水平与先兆流产的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze correlation of trace elements level and threatened abortion in early and mid pregnancy. Methods Selected 50 cases of early threatened abortion and 50 cases of mid threatened abortion as observation group, 50 cases of normal women in early pregnancy and 50 cases of women in mid pregnancy as control group, determined levels of trace elements manganese(Mn), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), zinc(Zn), selenium(Se). Results Cu, Fe, Se levels of observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); Zn levels of threatened abortion group were significantly lower than normal early pregnancy group(P<0.05); compared with normal mid-pregnancy group, Mn levels of mid threatened abortion group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Copper, iron, selenium levels are closely related to threatened abortion in early and mid pregnancy, Zn, Mn levels are respectively one of the underlying reasons which lead to threatened abortion in early and mid pregnancy, early and mid pregnant women should intake more food which contain much Cu, Fe, Se, Zn, Mn.%目的分析孕早、中期微量元素水平与先兆流产的相关性。方法50例早期先兆流产患者、50例中期先兆流产患者为观察组,随机选取正常孕早、中期妇女各50例为对照组,测定微量元素锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)水平。结果观察组Cu、Fe、Se水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);早期先兆流产组Zn水平明显低于正常早期妊娠组(P<0.05);中期先兆流产组Mn水平与正常中期妊娠组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论铜、铁、硒水平与孕早、中期先兆流产密切相关, Zn、Mn水平分别为导致孕早、中期先兆流产的相关原因之一,孕早、中期孕妇应多摄入Cu、Fe、Se、Zn、Mn含量丰富的食物,避免发生先兆流产。
