普外科急腹症的临床观察与护理体会分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and research clinical observation and nursing experience of general surgery acute abdomen. Methods A total of 78 general surgery acute abdomen patients were selected, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 78 cases were cured and left the hospital by timely and effective treatment and nursing. Conclusion Close monitoring on vital signs, gastrointestinal decompression, anti-infection, and infusion as nursing measures can all improve clinical effect, and guarantee patients’ quality of life.%目的：分析研究普外科急腹症的临床观察以及护理体会。方法选取患有外科急腹症的患者78例，对78例患者相关临床资料给予回顾性分析。结果78例患者通过及时、有效的治疗以及护理，全部治愈出院。结论对患者生命体征给予密切监测、胃肠减压、抗感染以及输液等相关护理工作，可以使临床治疗效果进一步提高，使患者生活质量得到保障。
